I need coffee, music, and a redo of this entire past weekend because it was just that amazing.
For readers not from the Bay Area, the last three days were Outside Lands, San Francisco’s premier music festival and incidentally, a showcasing of the best foods the city has to offer. I have been to a lot of music festivals, but I confidently say that OSL has the best food out of all of them. Call it the stay-local mentality, but whenever I attend, it becomes a toss-up on whether to watch a music act or snarf on some mac and cheese.
Luckily, I did both.

The only drawback for a festival like Outside Lands, and most music festivals in general, is the tendency to only accept cash. While fees can be high, we are well versed in mobile payment technologies like Square that have a great policy for how much their cut is, and so I’d like to see something like it being implemented going forward; it would facilitate the lines.
Check out some of the best things offered at Outside Lands this year – it’s pretty close to my top 10 list from last week!
How did you Outside Lands?
Even with all the great food, I had to start my day with a little snack at home – always with Sriracha of course
pass me some of that fries and smores please.
Girl, I ate s’mores twice cus once wasn’t enough!
