Team Building Virtual Galette Class

NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Galettes are free-form, rustic tarts where the dough is folded up around the filling. They can be savory or sweet. In this class, you’ll learn how to make both!
You’ll first make the galette dough from scratch and then make each of the fillings. The last 30 minutes of class is left for baking and eating your creations.
Throughout the class, I’ll give you tips and tricks on better baking that I learned during my cooking career doing pastry at Michelin-starred restaurants. You can ask me any questions about pastry, restaurant life, or anything else!
This class is suitable for all cooking levels and ages!
