It’s 7 weeks to race day and I a m s o n e r v o u s. I’ve slowly entrenched myself into anything and everything that will allow me to get maximum nutrients and a good night’s sleep while saving me time. That way, I can operate a somewhat regular life while accommodating my multi-hour workouts (those 18 miles don’t run themselves).
In addition to Project Juice, which has been a great post-workout replenishment, I’ve been loving Thistle for pre-workout boosts. Their Moringa Energy Bites are perfect about an hour before I go on a run. I get them delivered to the office and keep them on my desk until I’m ready to work out. If I’m at home, I eat them right when I wake up along with a Coral chia juice and feel super charged to outpace my last clip.
