Right now, I’m making the hopefully traffic-less trek back up to the Bay from Socal and I gotta say, I loved me some sun, beach, and 75 degree weather. LA, Y U so awesome?!
Part of my annual trip down south (apart from squeezing in all the friends I can find) is of course, fish tacos and other awesome eats. There seems to be a bit of a trend with juices as well – I saw at least three juice places within a 4-block radius of Abbot Kinney alone! But I can’t say I hate it – they are pretty damn good on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Although I don’t think I can ever live in LA (too many cars and freeways for my taste), I always love visiting the sunnier side of California and exploring with friends. And I’ll never say no to the beach.

WARM Nutella-filled ponchik, an Armenian doughnut from Papillon Bakery, possibly the best doughnut I have ever tasted. So good, so good.
