I ain’t gonna lie to y’all—I’ve been scheming.
I came into 2017 with a purpose to GSD. These past few months, I’ve been stealthily working on things to do just that. Fast forward to today and I’m beyond excited to share with you all what I’ll be doing this summer:
Attending a week-long advanced pastry bootcamp in PARIS.
Lots of feelings around this. I’ll try and break ‘em down.
I’m freaking out. The first time I went to Paris, I freaked out. The fact that I get to go back and learn about the best thing in the world (desserts) for one week—freaking out.
But…I need a little help. This is a real school, which means it has real tuition. It’s currently out of my budget, but I’m determined to go no matter what. And I’m hoping that’s where y’all will come in—to help me get there.
For the next couple of months, I’ll be focused 100 percent on getting funded to go to Paris via a crowdfunding campaign. I’m looking to raise $5,000, which will cover the tuition; I’ll be flying there on my own and bringing my own equipment.
